What you draw is yours
Content you create with KiteMind is entirely yours. We claim no rights over it, and we could not reach it anyway — it never leaves your device.
Purchases
Pro is a one-off purchase, not a subscription, made through the App Store. On a new device, use the same Apple Account and Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
AI-generated content
Diagrams are produced by an on-device model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check anything that matters. You are responsible for how you use the output.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Keep your own backups. Your data lives only on your device and in your own iCloud. We hold no copy, so we cannot recover anything for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use KiteMind for unlawful purposes, and do not attempt to reverse-engineer it or circumvent purchase validation.
